    Wink workout routine on weider 8630

    Hello there.

    I need some help. I got a weider 8630 for Christmas to get fit and toned but I am not sure what kind of a routine I should follow. I have not ever been a body builder, or really into weights, but I seriously need to get in shape and I am very movitated but not sure how to really get started. Any advise or help woulde be greatly appreciated.
