    Help Me Design a Workout!

I'm getting back into lifting and I need help with a workout program. I have to lift at my college which has dumbbells, nice weight machines, and cardio machines. There is a machine for practically every workout, although I know free weights are better, but what exercises are best for me to do with dumbbells and machines to add lean muscle? I know I need to do arm exercises, leg exercises, etc. but what I mean is what specific workouts will be the most beneficial for each muscle group given the tools I have? I know you have to do certain ones with certain types of movements and lifts to work different muscles so if someone could help me work out a routine I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

    Question Research

There are plenty of workouts at this site:

Pick and choose which one appeals to your strengths and weaknesses the best.

    Cheers,

Thanks a lot! I'm not begging or being lazy.......I dont have the free weights that most people have that is what I explained........Therefore, I was hoping there was someone on here that could assist me in finding some exercises that are available to me given my limitations that will still be effective and beneficial. Thanks!
