What would be a great plymetrics routine? im strating my program on Wednesday and would like to know what stuff i should do.

if u r talking depth jumps u have to be a little careful with them....they are extremely effective but also extremely stressful and intense...you dont generally just "throw them in"...u have to sort of plan around them. Generally you dotn do them way off in the offseason...you save them for the end of the training period right before a meet etc

that guidline is not actually accurate by any means.. You do not need to swuat 1.5 times your body weight before doing ploys... think about it.. sprints are the MOST plyometeric of all exersises yet you don't wait till the athelete can squat at least 1.5xBW before letting him/her sprint now would you?
