Clicking noise in shoulder? Should I be worried?

I have a clicking noise when I work out or rotate my shoulder. Has anyone else had this problem? Should I go see a physical therapist?

I have the same thing when I do rows. If I twist my arm just right I han make it pop. It has never caused me any problems, but If it's causing you any pain, you should probably see a therapist just to play it safe.

it MAY be your joints... b/c they tend to make a clicking noise sometimes... if it starts to hurt while doing the exercise... then i would have to say it is your joint.... you can either stop doing that exercise... or take joint pills.... (glucosamine sulfate)

Can you do front raises without having it click?
I've got a similar problem, when lowering my arm from raising it'll click.
Goal : gain 8 kilos before the end of this year.

that happens to me too. but stretching does help. i dont know why but it helped. i use to get theat when i did push ups and military presses. try stretching then try rotating your shoulder and see if it still clicks.

I have a clicking shoulder. I can rotate it and it'll click at one spot. The only time it clicks while working out is when I'm doing any type of rows. If yours causes you pain, see a doctor about it.

if i do any raises or rows, or use my shoulder at all, i feel a pain. Afterwards, it hurts much more when i rotate my shoulder. It sounds like it's not gonna just go away. It's actually been a few months since I had this and I took some painkillers and laid off on the shoulder for a while. I hope i dont have to go through surgery.

When i use to have a trainer he said that the pain comming from my shoulder and forearmswas b/c of weak tendons. and that eventually they would strengthen up and go away. I havent been lifting long enough. but my pain seemd to get a little better. but i suggest seeing a doctor or something just to be safe
