    better 40 time...

ok, YES i have used the search feature and found some great info and then again the search feature has also lagged on me lately for no reason so im not getting results either if that makes sense. I wanted to see if some of you members could direct me to links that I should look at if you have the time to do so and also if there's like 40 time workout logs around here. All Ive seen is weightlifting ones unless im blind here. Maybe some success stories? thanks guys

Do some plyometrics and olympic lifts like power cleans and the such if you already have a high squat. You can be strong but if you can't convert that strength quickly then there is a problem.

The only problem I have is form with my power cleans and stuff. I don't know how to catch the bar at the top. I also don't know of a good plyometric program.

Yeah I'm still trying to get it down and that's the main reason why I'm not power cleaning a lot compared to my other lifts. My clean is only about half my squat...

you and I are in the same situation... I can squat 405 but I can clean only 225... I can shoot 240 all the way up to my chest with absolute ease... but the thought of dropping under that 240lbs scares the **** out of me...hopefully I will get better at it as well

Man, I got some messed up problems with my speed.

I squat 295 and power clean 210 at a bodyweight of 155 Ibs. and about 10% bodyfat yet I only run a dadgummed 5.0.

What is your schedule etc? A lot of people focus to much on weights and forget the running part.

You can increase your squat by 100lbs but get slower.

Not accusing you of anything but do you squat to at least parallel? Whenever I'm maxing or doing heavy sets I always go slightly past parallel. If I ever accepted "just above" parallel then I would probably go higher every time and eventually end up doing 1/4 squats lol. And if we want to talk 1/4 squats then mine is in the 500s...

Robb P is right(he usually is) squats and cleans aren't everything.
