what is the ideal rep range to bulk up the bis and tris? i have been doing all my reps to about 12-15. my moves for tris are i dips, bench dips, cgb, skull crushers, and dumbell overhead extentions. for bis its cgchins, wide and narrow grip barbell curs, alternating dumbell curls with twist, and hammer curls. i dont do those all in one day but i rotate them throughought my arm workout. by the way i do the big three squat, bench and deadlift and i threw in an arm day so i dont just work my arms all day. and i dont know if it makes a difference i have very long arms and legs.
thanks

There is no ideal rep rang. Rap ranges are overused, and are a bad way to look at things. What is more important is the overall volume in a workout.
Try to get at least 25, or as many as 50 total reps in per muscle group, per workout.
More weight is always better, if you do the same number of repetitions in the same workout.
For you, as a beginner, lower rep ranges with more sets would be much better, because it will allow you to use more weight.
9x5 > 3x15 .
