I really need help in glute training. What are the best exercises to develope the outer glute. What are the best exercises to develope the inner glutes? My gym has a machine called "streamline power squat" I need tips on foot and stand placements to target different area of the glute.

I need to research glute anatomy I never realized there was an outer and inner region to that muscle. Usually basic squats (done anyway atg/par/partial rep) hit my glutes.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!
But the best thing for glutes really is just squating with different variations, and deadlifting too, specially a romanian deadlift with a really tight squeeze of the buttocks at the lockout of the movement really gets it.
Another thing i found that REALLY kills glutes, is some sled dragging. Before the football season, I bought some towing straps from home-depot, and hooked them up on the tow-hooks on the front of my camry, and i'd sprint 60 yards, with the strap around my waist. That **** hurts.19
