Am I.... Skinny Fat!? people say I'm not but i sure do feel it.

    Hey guys,

As the tittle explains, I feel rather wiggly and fat right now. I am 6'2 and weight 78.9kg (173lbs, pics on profile) My plan is to bulk more and do cardio in between.
I am currently doing the 16:8 diet with my macros being high protein and low carbs and fat whilst taking in roughly 2,000 cals.

    I don't eat from 9pm to 1pm and eat the following -

    Lunch
2 chicken breasts and 1 scoop of whey with 200ml of skimmed milk.

    nuts for snacking

    dinner
something high in protien (i dont have set dinners)

I'm just looking for someone to let me know if i am going in the right direction to lean and lose some fat (also if you could tell me roughly my BF% that would be awesome).

If you just started working out, eat slightly under maintenance and build up strength (it looks like you are in the range of 18 - 20 % bodyfat, maybe slightly more). You will also lean out a bit - only bulk once you stall on lifts and are lean enough (around 12-13 % bodyfat).

Do not bulk now unless you want to cut for more than half a year.

Low fat diet is not optimal, go over to the nutrition stickies and calculate your macro requirements from there.
    Calories In, Calories Out.
