Why Can't You Shake NO-Xplode?

On the bottle, there is a big label that says that you should stir the powder into water rather than shaking it. Is there a reason for this? I've noticed that the supp seems like it is carbonated when you mix it. Could this be the reason? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure what, but some gas is released, (not NO) I guess it's a reaction with the water or something.

How do you know there's 1g of Creatine? But that's beside the fact, it's a pre-workout energy supplement, not a creatine supplement. I found that arginine and citrulline malate work for me, but I think next time I'll try superpump250

but really i used to take it and when i put it in my shaker bottle after shaking it i took the lid off and it was quite carbonated and a lil bit sprayed out

just stir it in a glass witha spoon and you will be fine

it could be because its carbonated (not sure) but it does release some kind of pressure when you shake it in a closed container. i normally stir it with a spoon or put it in a gatorade bottle filled with water, shake it, and open it up immediately. some pressure is released when you open the top but not alot.

It's almost like Super Pump 250. I put a scoop of it into a shaker bottle and 10 seconds later...BOOM. Just stir the stuff.

I've called the BSN Hotline and you are right they don't want for you to shake incase it'll blow up on your face or shirt that's the only reason.

Because of the effervescence a gas is released and if you shake it in an hermetic bottle it'll pop the cover
