what is the best fruit juice to drink with whey right before a workout? i have been using pomagranite but that stuff is expensive.

if you're going to do juice preworkout do pomegranate with some vanilla or strawberry whey.

Vitamin Shoppe makes a great pomegranate concentrate. I mix it with water as directed and the cost is minimal. Much cheaper that the pre-maid drinks.
