Hi guys, I have the Orange Triad multi, and the prescribed dose is 6 tablets/day.
Should I take 6 tablets every day? Or just on my workout days?

A multi is a daily staple. Just take it as suggested, each day.

I would take it only on workout days your body needs more vitamins when its under strenuous activity but on your rest days you dont need it because you get get plenty from foods and the multi will last longer and save you money..

What's up with Orange Triad? I tried a bottle of it a couple years ago, but recently saw that it has an ingredient that causes cancer? Wtf is that about?

I take 3 with breakfast and 3 with dinner everyday. Sometimes i forget to take both doses on the weekends because those are my days off from work and training.
