Two-a-days??

Ok. I have been working out for over a year now (my goal was to go from about 215-220 down to the 190s. I am in the mid to upper 180s now). I have maintained that weight well for close to half a year now.

Does anyboy recommend them?? I want to get stronger now that I am at this weight. I am only inquiring about the positives and negatives about going to the gym twice a day. I ask this because I have a 3 hour break in the morning between college classes and I have the afternoons off from work. I figured (if it was worth it) to go to the gym twice a day. Now, as far, as the breakdown goes, should I, for example, workout back/bis in the morning and another group in the p.m. or the same group?

It probably is a n00b question but I kept searching and came up with nothing. Don't flame me for it

Dude look around... this is like the 10th thread this week on two-a-days... the conclusion is it's fine.. just take your normal workout for the day and cut in half.. DO NOT just add a ton of sets/volume unless you want to fail to progress.. If you can keep it under control you will be fine.. and remember to eat..
