Question Rolled Oats.

So I used to eat instant oatmeal every morning and I just switched this week to good old fashioned rolled oats. I am trying to lower my sugar intake throughout the day. My question is how the hell do I get this stuff down? It's almost flavorless and not that fun to eat. I have been told it's one of the best things you can eat on a cutting diet. Any suggestions on what to add.

are you saying you dont add water or milk? there's no way I can eat the **** dry. lol. I definately don't see myself eating 6 cups of it a day. Well at least not raw. I just ate 2 cups this morning. It got grossly cold before I could finish. I had to force feed myself. Think I'm gonna try the maple syrup thing or just start mixing it in with my whey. Thanks to all for the advice.

i hate rolled oats but found a way to overcome it.
u can try it jay cutler style dry..
i crack a few egg whites into e rolled oats, add
minimal water into it. throw it into microwave on high
bout 4 to 5 mins.. e water will evaporate & egg whites
blend into e oats... it becomes as dry as desert crack.
faster to eat too.
