Anyone else have trouble sleeping the night b4 exams?
I've always had this problem and end up staying up all night tossing and turning, or just getting a really ****teh sleep. It's weird though because it's not like im stressing about the exam that much or thinking about it, i just can't sleep. It seems as soon as i tell myself its gonna be hard to fall asleep i just wont. Anyone have any strategies for me to be able to sleep when i have something stressful happening in my life???????????? thx

I actually sleep better. Even if I think about studying I tend to tune out and get lazy, so then I sleep better. I do have a case of ADD, but I don't take the adderall.

You are stress out, and you are thinking about it. The good news is, pre-test anxiety is common. Once you're comfortable with the teacher, and the type of tests he gives (and studied, for it of course), the anxiety will fade.
Talk to your teacher about your anxiety, he can do a lot to easy the pain...if he is so inclined

Drinking booze will put you to sleep, but that's not a good idea pre-exam. I suggest extra cardio that day and also rubbing one out, as suggested above. A couple of soluble aspirin in warm water is also supposed to help, makes you relax or something.

^^^^ This is a lousy solution, but this is what I did thoughout college before tests.
Maybe get a perscription sleep aid if you need it.
But, the only sure-fire way to sleep well before an exam is to feel prepared.
