Starting today I am embarking on a 10 week journey to get in the best shape possible. In order to do this i am going to limit my alcohol consumption to once a week instead of 6-7, quit smoking cigarettes entirely, eat much healthier food such as vegetables, healthy proteins, meal replacement shakes instead of daily fast food and frozen foods, drink lots more water and no crap liquids. I am going to use my bowflex revolution 3 times per week monday, wednesday, friday and get my light/moderate lifting in at work sundays-thursdays. Other than work I haven't worked out regularly in 5+ years but am making big changes in my health starting today that will hopefully make me feel better about myself and look good too! I am 6"4", 225lbs, almost 28 years old.
I am making this post so I can hold myself accountable as the weeks go on. Wish me luck!!

Good luck, bro! Coming from a similar situation, and it is the best decision I have made. I hope at the end of the ten weeks you push it out to ten months and then ten years and beyond! Grind it out brother, it's not always easy but it is always worth it.
