People will just use anything as an excuse nowadays. The tall guy says its hard to fill out my body, the short guy says I look too stocky. The bottom line is, its been done. Tall people can be muscular and short people can be lean. All it takes is hard work, the sooner you stop using the tall excuse the better it will be for you. Honestly, you've blamed your height like ten times in your posts so far in this thread. I have nothing against you as a person but if you keep the negativity in your mind, it will become your excuse for all your shortcomings in your physique goals.
6'4 is not even that tall, all it takes is time, patience and knowledge to achieve your goals.
Sorry to hear about the football, I was the same with baseball, got a lot of offers to play for schools but nagging knee injuries crushed those dreams.
Anyways, good luck with your future goals.

Smash those forearms mate, good to see another tall guy filling the lanky arms out,
Mine are both between 17-17.5 cold flexed and 15inch forearms,
Forearms I never struggled with and don't work directly, just dont use straps!***PMC - Where Amazing Happens***

I don't blame height anymore, especially since I'm "big" now Like I said, I get planty of compliments now since I've leaned down even more and my arms look bigger just from being more lean... My BF is considerably less then the original post and my arms are bigger... Muscle is packing on... This is a JOURNEY that will never end...

OP looks like a small guy but definitely props for his commitment to lifting.
I just started out lifting (regularly anyway)
BTW, I'm 6' 1" and 350lbs and pretty chunky so I guess to ME anyone will look small lol.
(Pic in profile) I'm not ripped either but when your 300+ pounds, just being Solid is impressive lolLast edited by big-tony; 01-11-2010 at 09:34 AM.

everyone realize I posted this thread almost 2 years ago right? Haha... My arms have hit 18", but I've cut and they sit solid at 17.5" now. Looking to hit 19" within the next year or so. Lifting has come a long way, I'm a lot leaner now also then when these were taken.
