Just wanted to make sure that you can stack yohimbe with green tea. Sometimes you arnt supose to take certain supplements with others, and i doubt the two would cause a problem. Anyone know anything about stacking them safely?

"Yohimbe should not be taken in conjunction with tyramine which is found in cheese, liver, red wine, chocolate, beer, nuts, aged or smoked meats, sauerkraut, and yeast. Tyramine affects blood pressure. Yohimbe affects how the body processes tyramine, and the combination can be very dangerous"
Does this mean that i should not take yohimbe after eating these foods, or does this mean i can not eat these foods AT ALL while taking yohimbe. Someone plz fill me in here...

Any of the supplements below have a good amount of Yohimbe that will help you acheive the best results. Tyramine is a substance contained in foods such as cheese, liver, and red wine. These foods should not be consumed while taking yohimbe. Also, antidepressants such as Prozac should be taken in combination with yohimbe only under the close supervision of a physician.
