My sister aquired one a week or so ago and she said it's been working. She says it makes you lose the water from you.
Does it actually make you lose fat?

Its a temporary solution to the water weight problem which will just come right back if you eat crap. The purpose of the belt is for lean people who are trying to thin their skin out by dropping water (where it will actually make a noticeable difference), or for someone who needs to make a weight class, by sweating. All it does is make the stomach area warmer, causing you to sweat more there.

Not true If you drink water and dont eat crap it wont come back. The "water weight" is actually excess sodium , preservatives and other crap sticking to you, thickening your skin. If the diet is clean, you can drink plenty of water and still maintain a low level of subcutaneous fluid.
