How Long Did It Take You To Get That Size From Starting Training

I suppose it all depends how big your arms were to start with.
Mine were about 14 before I started lifting, I added an inch a year to get mine up to just over 17.
This might seem slow progress to some but I didn’t start weight training until I was aged 40. I guess most younger guys would probably make faster gains.

i have spoke to you before
in my first yeah i went from 12 - 14.5 inch , but my first year i did not know that much about training now i have been training just over year i know alot more about training ,

yeah i went from 14" in to 15" in bout 4 moths two

its more or less 20 pounds of bodyweight per extra inch of arm size. ive put on 50 pounds since starting lifting a little under 2 years ago, and my arms are like 16.25" now

3 years to get to 17 cold. (I was like 11 when I started lol)
