    Never seen/heard of those. I can see it being decently viable. Haven't done it and don't know if it really emphasizes teh back. But I remember when I was in basic training I would flare my arms really wide and turn my hands out/away from me to help recruit more of my back when doing push ups, since my back was stronger.

    Tried a few sets of them tonight and it felt pretty damn good. I'm not sure where they would fit in, maybe at the beginning or end of my workout or between pullups/rows, but if nothing else it's a decent stretch and is something new that gave me a nice sensation.
