Breadwinner's DS Contest Log
This is my first bb.com post. My good buddy getbustered told me about this contest, so I figured I might as well win it. I'm fat right now, and pissed off. As you can see from my avatar, I haven't always been this way, and I won't be in two months. Here's my pics.

Whats the deal with the two guys thinking their the only one's trying to get bigger? I would definetly like to get cut but I'll tell you all right now I don't go in the gym and bust my ass on the good ole free weights to deminish my size....I'm coming in two months ripped and bigger than my first pics for sure. Your not the only ones fellas

yeah im got a lil outta shape i started going to school full time and working alot more and just fell off for a long time. Those pics are from mid 2005, I'm hoping to create some noise in this contest and get ripped again. I'm already cuttin up again i feel great ill be posting progress pics this weekend so check em out if you want later and good luck to you!!!

What I've been up to
Well I've never really been up to documenting my progress but I'm gonna give it a shot. I've been using the same program as my good buddy bustered. It alternates every 3 weeks from heavy/rep range/super sets. I'm pretty impressed so far, I've made some tremendous gains and I"m already starting to see my body transform, its amazing. We will see how far this program can take me in this comp and hopefully I will get better at documenting so everyone can see my gains(sorry).
My diet is pretty weird I don't really have a set plan. I go into my kitchen and decide when i wake up in the morning whats on the list of eats for the day. The things that always stay constant in my diet are eggs, tuna, chicken breast, oatmeal, greens, some kind of fruit, whole wheats, and of course my supplements. I season alot of my meats with cayene pepper. I try to take in about 2300 cal/pd, 250+ g protein/pd, and 30 g/fat/pd. My carbs fluctuate but I do keep it reasonable. I try to eat 5-6 times a day spacing it out but I'm not perfect by any means. My diet probably seems crazy but right now its working extremely well. I'll do some tweeking depending on my progress throughtout the comp. Its definetly spur of the moment for now though and I love it.
My supps consist of xtend, jungle warfare, amino 1000, glycergrow, mega men multi, basic cuts, iso pure and omega cuts. Whats up BS? O excellent actually I feel great about my gains man its amazing!!!! I know I said I was gonna work on my documenting skills but I don't know if its gonna happen. I have a crazy busy schedule this semester with 15 hrs, plus work too. Its a blessing to just get to the gym everyday and pound it out. I did eat McDonald's one time but i just stuck to their fruit salad and a grilled chick salad with fat free dressing. Once again I will try and become a little better but school is gonna be kicking my arse.. so only time will tell. well thanks for asking and if you got any advice feel free to drop it. I just got my Bad Ass Mass in the mail today I'll be stacking that with my Jungle warefare tomorrow!!!!!!!! O and don't let Getbustered fool ya he has lost alot of weight and is getting arm definition again he's making some really good gains as well. But not good enough to beat muwa!!!!hahaha
