If my muscles don't feel sore, does it mean I am not overtrained?

You can be overtrained without being sore. When you are in a state of overreaching/overtraining, your entire SYSTEM is affected. You will experience symptoms like irritability, lack of motivation to go to the gym, lack of sex drive, more prone to illness, etc.
You don't really "overtrain" individual body parts.

Same way
I feel the same way sometimes i train and i feel nothing. I love the feeling of my muscles being sore i guess it gives me a sense of urgency and accomplishment thats just me i understand sometimes its not good to always strive for the sore feeling but i like it but yah even tho u dont feel anything ur muscles are still effected by your workout.

In addition to what Scheme said, you should also know that overtraining isn't the result of one workout. It's the cumulative effect of usually weeks or months of workouts with insufficient recovery.

Overtraining is best known by mental state, like it was posted above. Also, if you notice your strength is going down while bulking, or down very fast while cutting, and you are always tired, thats a good example also.
