Hi, i have just started using glutamine, but on the label it says that i should use about 3-6 grams a day. But i have heard that you can use up to 9 grams on workout days,
is this true? and how much do you use a day

I did a search for the article you're talking about and found this one only it's not by big cat. Actually Big Cat said that glutamine is not absorbed when bulking. Unfortunately he never responded as to why so I don't know.

oh, my bad, yah that's the article, i thought big cat wrote it tho. Either way, it's useful to me, cuz i'm cutting and trying to preserve muscle
