Xenadrine EFX
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 194 Lbs
Age: 30
Waist: 40"
I began taking Xenadrine EFX yesterday. The directions on the bottle say "take two capsules before breakfast or morning exercise session, and two capsules at mid-afternoon with 8 ounces of water". I figured to be safe I would start with 1 pill and see how I reacted. I took the pill at 11:30 AM. At 2:00 PM I felt very energetic. The energy rush lasted about 3 hours. Usually at Dinner time I am starving and can't keep from stuffing myself with empty Carbs. I found that my appetite was far more moderate.
"Due to the graphic nature of the following statement it may not be suitable for children"
My Bowel movements have increased some. I have always been quite regular. I had a touch of diarreah around 6:00 PM. Today I have not taken anything. At about 10:30 PM I had a BM. Everything seemed and felt normal but there was a trace of blood when I wiped. I don't know if I can contribute this to the xenadrine EFX or not. I will keep you posted.

Good to go
Bright Red. I had two more BMs sense and they were fine. I think I am good to go. I took another Xenadrine yesterday at noon and was fighting to fall asleep until after midnight. Once I was asleep I had horrible nightmares. I get up at 5:30 AM and kick my own butt, so by 8:30 PM I am usually wiped out and can't wait to get 8.5 - 9 hours of good sleep. Thanks for your reply. BTW can bright red blood mean anything else? There was abslutely no pain assosiated. I can't remember the last time I had a painful BM. I think it was in Iraq in 2003 when I had been living on military food for several months.

I think I am healing fine
With the increased BMs "wiping" I think my colon got irritated. I am going to use flushable baby wipes since I am going so often now. Today I am functioning on very little sleep. My workout this morning was amazing. I only had 4.5-5 hours of sleep last night, but when I was working out this morning I had a ton of energy. It was easy to keep my heart rate up. I took 1 Xenadrine pill at 8:00 AM. It's now 3. I am awake and functioning but my eyes are puffy from the lack of sleep last night. I am not craving sodas or junk food like usual. So far I am happy with this product. They could include some coupons for soft wipes with every purchase though.

Day 4
This is great! My workout this morning was awesome. I was really pumped. I performed every rep and every set with a greater intensity. Cardio was amazing! I couldnt believe how easy it was to keep my heart rate up. I got carried away because I wanted to see how high I could get it. That's probably a dumb game to play. I got it up to 180 which is really high for me. Now I have a mild head ache, but thats my own fault. After 4 short days I tightened my belt another notch. It can't possibly be this easy can it? The down side... I am always thirsty. I am drinking more than 1 gallon of water per day and I always feel thirsty. I also have a cold and I have been taking cold medicine. It's more likely thats the cause than the Xenadrine.

In my personal review of Xenadrine or any other products I am going to be completely honest. I absolutely refuse to use any steroids or do anything to misrepresent the truth. If I am on a supplement and it causes an embarrasing side effect I am going to let others know. Notice my first two progress pics. I have seen several before and after photos of people that have done little more than get a tan, flex, and suck in their gut. My results are going to be real. They may not be impressive but they will be actual and typical. That's my promise and committment to anyone reading my thread. Peace!

You should try MT's Hydroxycut Hardcore or CEL's N-Cinerate if you want to further explore colorful effluent

Pretty interesting segment about Xenadrine EFX on the news tonight. Apparently insider studies at Cytodyne showed that in vivo studies involving human beings showed that Xenadrine EFX was less effective than the placebo.
The federal government is suing the makers of Trim Spa, Xenadrine EFX and Bayer (for their weight smart product)

Saw that too... I would probably attribute the "Xenadrine EFX was less effective than the placebo" part to the Xenadrine EFX users cheating a little and thinking that it will compensate for their misgivings.

That's hilarious. I can't believe that came out 5 days after I started this thread. The Xenadrine EFX is giving me plenty of energy to work out and has kept me from craving the mid afternoon candybar and soda. Note: I am only taking 1 pill in the morning. I can't imagine what would happen if I took four pills daily like the bottle recommends. I imagine I would get spun out like a crack addict.

poor concentration
The Xenadrine EFX is still working for me. I am more energetic and not nearly as hungry. I am sticking to my healthy meals and onl getting about 1800 Calories. I used to be on a similar diet but I was constantly craving sweets. That's always been my problem with diet & exercise. if I diet I don't have the energy for cardio. If I workout the way I should I get super hungry for sweets and could eat a gallon of ice cream. With the Xenadrine EFX I have plenty of workout energy and my appetite is in check. Don't get me wrong here. There is some will power involved. A pizza would still taste better than two cans of tuna.

Personal problems
I have some personal problems at home. They are all my fault, and the biggest problem is that I spend so much time on the road. The reason I address this here is becasue these distractions at home cause my concentration to suffer during my morning workout. There are so many aspects to putting forth your best in the gym day after day. Other problems in other areas of my life can really effect my physiqe and reaching my goals. I have to focus on keeping everything in check so I can reach my goals. Most important to me is my marriage. If my marriage is not well, my physique will suffer. My spirit, mind, and body are all so conected that if one is in sad shape the others will suffer. My heart rate stayed up. I had great energy. Xenadrine came through for me again. My focus was in the dumps due to personal issues. I can't blame that result on Xenadrine.

Xenadrine EFX is still working fine for me. (BTW my wife is also using it and has also lost an inch off of her waist in the first five days and the only cardio she is doing is walking. Her diet is super good though. She is also on the Weight Watchers Diet.
I have enjoyed my hotel room here in snowy colorado for the last few days. The gym in this hotel was really starting to grow on me. I just found out I have to fly to Texas tomorrow and Germany on Sunday. THAT sucks. I love Germany but shopping there is much more difficult than shopping in the states. I have no idea if I will be able to find my health foods. My diet may be comprimised some. I promise you I will not eat any Schnitzel or Bratwurst. How do you go to Germany and not have a little Heffeweisen? This time of year I think they still have Gluwein. Temptations.... temptations. The worst is the damn airports. How am I supposed to drink a gallon of water when I'm trapped in an airplane and the security Nazis won't let you take water on the plane? (by Nazis I mean homeland defense not the Germans this time) I suppose I can by a cute little 8 oz bottle at the airport for 5 bucks.

Day 6!!
Its saturday and I spent all day in the Airport. I stayed true to my diet which is always tough when you are traveling. I did not work out at all. I usually rest on the weekends. I wasnt going to weigh or tape myself for a month but curiosity got the best of me. When I first taped my gut on 1 JAN 07 it was 38 inches regular and 36 if I sucked it in as far as possible. Today I taped and regular I was 37 and sucking it in as far as possible I was 35 1/2. So I lost between 3/4 to 1 inch from my gut. I also stepped on the scale and I am down to 188. Thats 6 pounds in 6 days!!!! Could I be losing muscle? It's possible but I feel stronger in the gym and my muscles are performing very well. Could it be water weight? That is possible. Will the weight and inches come back after I stop taking the Xenadrine EFX? I don't know. I will keep you posted. I am still only taking one pill per day. The bottle recommends 4.

Day 10
This is the first planned exercise day that I failed to exercise. I simply could not do it. I worked out twice yesterday and I was very sore. My eating suffered slightly today. For dinner I had 300 Grams of steak 1 cup of fried noodles, and one cup of fried rice. I was full half way through the meal, but I ate the whole thing, becuase I didn't want to wast any money. It was 18 Euro for the meal. I know I am cheap, and it only costs me more in the long run. OK tomorrow morning I will cardio my ass off and continue my feat against the fat. Still feeling strong and motivated.

Day 15
workouts are going fairly well. My pants continue to feel looser. Today I did meet muscle failure slightly sooner than usual. I think it is becuase I have not been sleeping right due to jet lag. Also my eating habits are not as good as normal. I am having a difficult time finding my health foods in Germany. I have been eating alot of steak and potatoes.

Final results with Xenadrine EFX
Today is the 22nd. I quit usiing Xenadrine EFX on the 21st. I never took more than 1 pill per day. I had tons of energy and lost plenty of fat. When I started this on the 1st of the new year I was 194. I am now 185 and lost 4 inches from my waist. I figured that if I lost 4 inches from waist (which was my goal) that I would be able to see some definition perhaps getting close to a six pack. There is not much more definition. I am only skinnier. My wife told me if I lost any more that I would start looking sick. Bottom line is that this is a great fat loss supplement as long as you are doing some cardio (I averaged about 15 mins of cardio per day 5 days per week) My diet was nothing amazing but it was sensible. If you would like to know exactly what I was eating just ask.

Many people with Xenadrine EFX have reported digestive and bowel problems, most minor. Some users have reported it made them do increased brown torpedos , others say their flatulence became very violent in nature, and often in a sustained manner. Know two people at my local gym that took it one said they had irregular heart beat, both had violent very pungent flatulence, so pungent they said it hung around for several minutes afterwards.
Some Weight Loss pills are dangerous - Stimerex ES (with Ephedra) from Hi Tech Pharmeceuticals - AVOID!

My new pic
Thanks for the warning. I think I am done with the fat loss pills. I am going to try some topicals in my quest for the evasive six pack. I did not notice any increase in flatulance from the Xenadrine. In the beginning I did have an increase in BMs. I think its time to put on some good muscle.

Ok I updated my pic but it updated every pic on every entry so you cant view my progress without checking out my page. I really did make a decent change in only 27 days (with the help of Xenadrine EFX).

Hmmm...i disagree. i believe that with Stimeres ES, as with all dietary supplements, it is totally dependent upon anindividual's body make-up. I have been using Stimerex-ES for about a year now (cycling, of course) and have lost about 100 pounds. I do, however, understand the importance of exercise and dietary changes - i worked my ass of 'yall! But to say "Avoid" that supplement, in my opinion, is a bit harsh. It has done wonders for me in the area of fat loss and energy.
As far as jbgibbs using Xenadrine EFX, GO YOU! Keep it up bro!!!
