This stuff is terrible to the taste IMO. I think i might be better off just taking it like a shot than trying to add it to any foods. I need some ideas.

You could be creative and make your own salad dressing. If you have a grill you could use it for a marinade for protien and veggies. You could also mix it in your protein shakes. It may sound nasty, but I dont think you will taste it.

You may want to get a higher quality EVOO if you don't like the flavor of the one you're currently using. Try soaking some basil in it as well.
I put it on my salad with apple cider vinegar usually, and occasionally on veggies or in a shake if I'm in a pinch and haven't made my minimum daily fat grams.NPC Bodybuilder, Mother and Hater Extraordinaire
