This stuff is terrible to the taste IMO. I think i might be better off just taking it like a shot than trying to add it to any foods. I need some ideas.

You could be creative and make your own salad dressing. If you have a grill you could use it for a marinade for protien and veggies. You could also mix it in your protein shakes. It may sound nasty, but I dont think you will taste it.

if you want oil to drink straight up then just get some omega flax oil. It's better for you and has a clean taste.

You may want to get a higher quality EVOO if you don't like the flavor of the one you're currently using. Try soaking some basil in it as well.Originally Posted by Fade2Black743

i brown some garlic in my olive oil then i pour it over my veggies, usually string beans, peas, and/or broccoli. i also add almonds to my veggies

i always put a tablespoon of it on my chicken breasts, sometimes a tb on my egg whites in the AM
i have never heard anyone say they hate the taste of olive oil, did you get a cheap brand?

I put it in the pan and cook chicken and fish with it and make it into salad dressing by mixing it with vinegar

I just cook with it. I don't see how anyone could dislike the taste. I also use it as a salad dressing.
