My name is Joy and I'm new to this forum--I'm also serious about starting a workout routine to gain muscle that I've lost after having my 2 beautiful little girls within the last 2 years.
Please help! I look decent with my clothes on, but underneath, my belly is a disaster! I'm a pretty slim person, but my belly looks and feels like a bowl of jelly and sometimes hangs over my pants! aaaaah! Are there any mom out there who've had this problem but managed to get a flat, toned stomach afterwards? I'm really not interested in a tummy tuck..anyone have any advice???
I've searched all over these forums for the answer to my question...while there was tons of info on working the abs, I didn't really find any that focused on losing the extra skin that comes after having children.

Age: 24
Height: 5'3"
Current Weight: 117 lbs.
Pre-Pregnancy weight: 110 - 115 lbs. max
Bodyfat %: about 16 % pre-pregnancy...not sure about now
