    KETO Diet, Before/After

    Hello, the pics on the right are the "After" and the ones on the left are "Before"

    the period between the before/afters pics is 45 Days

    I lost around 7 pounds of fat.

    shall i be losing fat faster ?

    looking good bro..im actually bulking and want to get into the ketogenic diet(i think my bodyfat is around the same as ur old percentage)..what does the ketogenic diet entail bruv? and whats ur stats? how long u been training?
    good job-the difference is clearly visible-and as far as i know,losing that in over a month is pretty quick! (wonder why birds dnt do it?)

    either that or someones been putting some lean meat in my veggie diet!

    excellent improvements there in such a short time. Do you train your biceps alot or do you naturally have such good peaks?

    london_singh, Thanks man i've bulked up for 3 monthes, then i started cutting.. those pics are taken after 45 days of my cutting cycle.

    jschwarz, thanks bro, regarding my bicep, I rarely train them. I have always had good biceps because i trained them when i was like 15 with a 10 lb dumbell hehe... I wasn't into bodybuilding but i just liked DB curls
