Im a CBBF Bodybuilding and im 19 years old!
Now my Girl Friend is a skinny girl, but around the mid section is just a little fat...Not nearly a gut, but just enuf so her tummy is not flat, and cant see any ab definition...
Now she has asked me to train her, and i train people all the time for contest prep (cutting) But i was wondering should i train her any different then what i would do to get cutt for a comp?
Like maybe what i was thinking was just this?
Cardio 4 to 5 times per week (Which she does now)
Low Carb Diet i use to get low BF for summer and Competition
Not Keto, but just low enuf to stay out of Keto? High protein, Moderate Fats, and low CARBS, and a CARB up day every 6 days!
