    How can I strengthen my penis? (serious as rediculous as it sounds)

    Ok I'll tell you folks a little something about my penis {no homo}, my penis is like a bodybuilder that has decent mass to em but doesnt have much strength behind the mass {no homoyet again}, ok heres my issue my dick gets good size but doesnt pack much of a punch behind it anymore, when I was 20-21 I could fock and fock and pretty much break someones jaw with it, nowadays it still gets up in the mass department but lacks power and strength for example, my penis will get hard but I wont have any hardness in the head anymore, and alot of times it will get big but be limp big, its just frusterating, I think what it can be is over the last year Ive masturbated my penis into a state of brokenness, also Ive masturbated alot over the last 10 years, even when I had differnet girlfriends and was getting laid i was still rubbing a couple out a day? Do you guys think if I had the self discipline to quit masturbating for a month my penis would be rejuvenated or do you guys think I should get on some trib or no product.

    This is solely an issue about blood flow. The only difference between an impotent man and a man with a rock-like erection is that the former doesn't have the healthy blood flow that the latter does.

    My advice is to do more cardio. Take care of the health of your heart, because your heart is what will or will not allow you to have great erections, or eventually, any erections at all.

    More cardio, cleaner diet are the big two.

    You haven't killed the nerves in your penis unless you injured it somehow (and you would know).

    It could be psychological. If you are depressed, anxious, etc. your libido could be lagging. I doubt thats it.

    Everybody's libido waxes and wanes now and then. Make the lifestyle changes I recommended, and if you really want, yohimbe, tribulus, arginine -- these are all kind of helpful.

    At the start of last year I was at 25% bodyfat. I was having the same issues as you, I lost 10%bf and I'm back to being rock hard again.

    I don't know whether it's because of the fat loss or my increase in fitness level but that how I got my groove back.

    Initially you should determine the cause of your inability to achieve a firm erection as there could be systemic issues. A trip to your health processional for a complete physical will quickly clear up this matter. Before considering any medication that will increase blood flow for firmer erections you should consult with a physician or your pharmacist to make sure that there are no contraindications with other medications you are currently taking. On your own I would question your method of masturbation which, if aggressive, can damage penile blood vessels and contribute to erection difficulties.
