    Is it okay to work each muscle twice a week?

    I usually work each muscle once a week but im considering switching to a routine that allows me to work each muscle twice a week. For instance for chest i want to use dumbells and do presses on Tuesday then on saturday i want to hit them again using barbells.

    Do what works for you bro. I personally found working each muscle twice a week was too much for me and my gains shot up when i switched to workin them just once a week. Its all trial an error.
