Nubie the Newbie - Hi Everyone

Just thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Donna but you can also call me Nubie. I am a 33 y/o college professor in Southern California. I began training consistently in April 2005 and reduced my bodyfat 5% in 9 months time. 2006 was a crazy busy year with cross country move, new job, ill grandparents, etc but I'm not letting anything stand in my way of completing my goal of reaching 20% bodyfat.

I'm planning on using my blog on the bodyspace page so if you ever wanna check out my progress that's where you'll find me. Glad to be here and part of this community of amazing women.

What subject do you teach, out of curiosity? Dr Donna! (mild jealousy here, lol)

Sounds like some good do-able goals! Good luck on them, this msg board is GREAT support and there's a lot of nice folks around here (ignore any and all trolls of course, but they're few and far between)

You can use the bodyspace blog or you can start your own journal thread over in the journaling part of the women's section (I do the latter, plus people can subscribe to your thread and get regular updates).
