A lot of people don't believe in the 'gay, not gay' view of things. You'll notice how often people will leave off the concept of being bisexual; but even that is a strict 'yes or no' type system.

Anyway, the idea is that it's really a spectrum. On the left you have Men, and on the Right you have Women. The further to the left you are, the more gay you are, and the further to the right, the more straight you are.

You could lean to to the right, and be 'straight' and want to date women but not have a problem with having a guy suck your dick. I know, it's hard concept for homophobes to accept, but it's true. While some people might be, legitimately repulsed by the idea of gay sex, to others it'd really be more akin to having an ugly chick suck your dick. I have come to realize that guys nowadays are now experimenting just like girls have been all along. It just took them longer to be okay with it than it did girls.
