My plan is:
Sunday - lift + run
Monday - rest + stretching/yoga
Tuesday - run
Wednesday - lift + half cardio
Thursday - rest + stretching/pilates
Friday - run
Saturday - cardio
does anyone have a good leg work out that would be easy on the knees? I want to shape up my legs and I want to be able to run at the same time. that is why i'm considering on the wednesday work out only doing half my regular cardio.
