Question about the fish sold at costco...

Which of the frozen fish packs are safe to eat? I know that the salmon is farm raised so I will avoid it, but what about the others?

All farm raised fish have high levels of PCBs which are cancer causing.

I eat Mahi Mahi, Tilapia, Ahi Tuna steaks, Orange Roughy, and sometimes Cod (~$7.60/lb, ouch). Most of these appar to be seasonal, at least at my local Costco. I'm sure they all have slightly different amino acid profiles, so a little variety is good.
