Well, first of all, the distance of the load depends on how aroused u are, and how well trained ur pc muscle is. So that needs work first, then work on being as aroused as possible, but dont try to hold back the orgasm, rather stop and go, and then when ur ready to go, then just go at it, and let it blow. The pc muscles condition, and ur level of arousal and build up are the two key factors for distance. But for having a bigger one, eat healthy food, and a lot of fruit and water. Water is a key factor too. And the biggest one of all may be this.....stop beating every day. Every 2-3 days or more if u can take it.
