Hoist exercise equipment #1 warranty
Just bought a Hoist HF985 smith machine, along with the FID bench from the original owner who bought it around 2 years ago. It was all perfect except the foam rollers on the leg extension had all cracked or drie rotted, and the plastic feet on the bench had cracks on them also. I contacted Hoist via email to try to locate some replacement rollers and bench ends. In the email I mentioned that I was disapointed that the parts hadn't held up better than they had with the equipment only being a few years old. I also stated that I was the second owner. To my supprise they emailed me back stating that they stood behind their products, and that they would replace all the parts that I needed under their warranty even though I wasn't the original owner. I actually recieved all the parts that I needed to day. I have to say that Hoist appears to be a 5 star company. I'm not sure a lot of companies would stand behind their products like this especially after they had been sold to a second owner. I thought this might be useful information for someone looking at purchasing Hoist equipment.
