Im 14 and i weigh about 200 pounds
im not fat, but im trying to get some definition in my abs
i've been trying for a while, but nothing seems to be working
any advice?

there is a ton of information about cutting on this website. if you want abs, i suggest you get a program. unless you give some better stats, that is the best advice i can give you.
