I'm a 39 y.o. athlete (surfer, mountain biker) and work out using light weights and high reps for endurance and toning as well as various abdominal excersises and a roman chair. I've always seemed to be right at the edge of being cut but always a little soft. Now I have decided to just go full out for that final step and picked up some Animal Cuts. What I would like to know is while I am taking this for the 21 day duration(18 friggin pills a day), should I increase my protein intake?(I use Metrx shakes too) Is one of the 9 pills strickly a caffeine pill? I have always avoided caffeine and I would like to leave that one out of the stack if possible. Makes me too jittery and I thought it would give me the caffeine headaches upon quitting cold turkey. And finally, assuming this stuff works, how soon can you use it again once its gone?

i just started taking it today. although there are a ton of pills (tried to get them down all at once and failed miserably), i really liked it. my energy was up, my appetite wasnt nagging, but i could still a fair amount (for a cut) without felling sick. I have never sweated doing cardio like i did today. diuretic works great.

I'm taking Animal Cuts, going on my second cycle, and I don't feel any ill effects from any of the capsules! I actually feel REALLY good taking them. I took Hydroxycut a couple of years ago, and that did have a potent formula that gave me some jitters and kept me up at night. I haven't had any such effects with Animal Cuts.

timing for taking cutz
i was recently only able to get the old version of cutz in the yellow can but i dont get amped from it at alll. so i was wondering maybe i was taking it at the wrong time or too soon not late enough or early enough.when do you guys suggest taking cut. before cardio if so how long before or before breakfast again how long before. cardio is at 0415-0515 then some form of resistance traing for 30 minutes 5-6 DAW

I thought I would throw in some input.. I was takin AC for about a week, stopped, took it two more times (closer to night.. for some odd reason) and ended up puking my guts out, two times in a week I puked over 50 times in like 8 hours and was nervous to take them. Took them today, ate a meal, feel great so far.
