I try not to eat it frequently, maybe now and again. Twice a week I may have chips with my chicken instead of rice, pizza now an again, chocolate maybe once or twice a week but other than that. I still stick within my diet. How about everyone else?

i find that cheating once a week can help to keep things moving... nothing crazy but 2 beers and 3 slices of pizza keep me sane
i just load it up with vegges and chicken and get thin crust to keep the carbs low
the best route for chocolate and the rest is to only get those small packages (like the haloween size ones made for a 4 year old)... then if you want some sweets, its less than 100 calories

Wow, no cheats ever? Props to u then for will-power. I definately agree with the no alcohol thing, i realized it was holding me back, even tho it was only a cheat once a week. If you must cheat, don't let it bother you, just dust urself off and go back to eating clean. Try not to make a habit of it tho.

virtually never.
once a wk i might have some sashimi and white rice, which isnt cheating (just eating out). and i wont measure out the ounces and crap when i eat out. i prob only eat out 2-4x/month.
definitely no alcohol.
no mood to cheat as of late. a couple of months ago i'd eat some junk food, like a couple of pieces of chocolates, once per wk.

Been cheating since Dec 22nd and I'm planning to stop on Dec 31st.
Eating clean beside that. Family time is not cheating for me or lack of dedication. It's keeping me sane, happy and motivated for the other 50 weeks or so.Government is for slaves

Maybe once a month now. Before I started dieting I ate pretty normally, like 3 meals a day like Fruit + Yogurt, Lowfat sandwich + sunchips, & chicken and rice for dinner. I would also polish off the night with a beer and down a whole frozen pizza once a week. Despite all of this and doing regular cardio work I ended up gaining weight. though, to be fair, my diet was pretty messed up before. I was eating basically junk food from morning to the time I went to sleep. I wonder why I started to gain weight when I ate healthily though. I went from a steady 183 to 194 lbs in like 2 months despite adding cardio to my lifestyle.

Dude, are you an Olympia Contending Bodybuilder? Yes? No? If not, then enjoy life. A "cheat day" won't freaking kill you. At your young age, it might even do you a little bit of good.
Seriously, endulge....unless you are trying to lose 100lbs in a month or, you are competing in something, enjoy yourself. Live life man!

More than I should. Maybe 1-2 times a week I'll break down with something, mostly a frozen pizza meal replacement.
of course that is not counting the fact that at least one day of the week I'll forget my lunch(I live 45 mins away from my college) and have to find something half-way healthy to eat from a fast food restaurant in the 10 mins I have between classes

I really don't have anything I would call a cheat anymore.
Christmas and Thanksgiving I had a piece of pie and a few cookies after dinner. Occasionally I will have a glass of wine. But no candy, no sodas, hell no sugar sweetened treats of any kind. It doesn't really bother me though. I do go out to eat once a week tops, though the stuff I eat do not constitute cheats that much, I mean butter on corn instead of of no butter on corn is hardly a cheat. or a slightly higher fat steak than I would have at home. Thats about it.
