G-Mo's on FYRE, putting a lil SPYCE in his life!!
I want to thank the good folks over at Syntrax/SI03 for this opportunity of being a tester for a fat loss stack FYRE and SPYCE. This was just the kick I needed to further my fat loss goals. I had been on a cutting style workout for about 5 months. During that time I lost about 20 pounds, cutting my body fat from 17% to 10%. That may not sound like a lot for five months time, but when I add I did zero cardio, and had a semi crappy diet, I was pretty pleased with my results. By semi crappy diet I mean I did cut out some fried foods, fast foods, processed foods, but I still didn’t fight my cravings for my chocolate, cheesecakes, sweet potato pie, pancakes, and various other items I would treat myself too. I figured I was working out, so it balanced out! Well I decided that when I started my stack, I was gonna get really strict with my diet. I figured that in order to get my “calendar model look” I was gonna have to get more disciplined with my eating. And so far I have, I started the FYRE last Wednesday with one pill, twice a day, to get my tolerance for it. I did that for three days, by Saturday, I was taking two pills, twice a day. I have to say; the first few days I took it I didn’t notice anything in particular. I took my first dose early morning and the second one about 1230 pm. I didn’t workout last week, as it just happened to be my week off. I am progressing into a different phase of my workout (building mass and strength) so I was giving my body a lil rest before I kick up my weights to slap on more muscle. Now on Saturday when I took the two pills in the morning, I felt that within the hour. I noticed a refreshed, warm rush. I went out for a quick jog around my neighborhood, and noticed I was moving a little faster than I usually move. I wasn’t in a sprint, but I did notice I was able to go a little longer. I also noticed that I felt well rested, focused, clear minded, and very peaceful during my run.
I weighed my self on Wednesday when I started the FRYE, I was at 184 pounds. Exactly one week later (yesterday) I weighed myself and I was 189! I don’t know what this is about. I’ve been really strict on myself as far as my eating, even on Christmas (man that was hard), but I still managed to put on a little weight. I’m gonna tell myself this is muscle, since I am trying to add muscle mass, while cutting my fat, or at least keeping fat gained to an absolute minimum. I did add another protein shake in my midday snack. I don’t know, I work in a hospital there’s this dietician here who’s getting me a nice meal plan together. She’s gonna have it for me in a couple days, so I’m gonna get started on that with the New Year. I also think with the new year I’m gonna stack the FRYE and SPYCE, taking the FYRE in the morning because I love the energy rush I get with my workouts (I’ll be posting them up later today) and take the SPYCE later in the day, as maybe this will curb any craving I may get later in the day when its easier for me to slack up on my diet. I’m gonna implement that next week, so we will see!

I actually did this workout yesterday morning, but am not posting till today, because I was so busy yesterday. Im gonna update my log daily after today.

5 min jumprope warmup
Pullups- widegrip/Bodyweight-10, underhandgrip/bw-10,uh/bw+25-6, uh/bw+25-4
**+25 with 25lb plate on strap
Deadlift- 185/10, 205/6, 225/4
Low row machine- 70/12, 80/10, 80/10
**Wide grip, palms facing, bringing bar to upper chest
Lat pulldown- 140/12, 150/10, 150/10
**Underhand grip, hold at bottom for two count
Barbell curl- 45/10, 65/6, 65/6
**Olympic bar
Hammer curl- 30/10, 25/12, 25/10
Wrist curl- 10/10, 10/10, 10/10
Very good workout, energy levels very high. felt like I could have kept going! I really felt the warmth from the FYRE burning within! Weights seem a little low to some, but I have been on a what I call my cutting style workout. With this my rest is like 15-30 seconds, so my numbers dropped alot, but Im working on getting them back up. My rest now is anywhere from 60-90 secs. Im gonna keep it at this for about 2 weeks, then as I move my weights up more, Im gonna add about 30 more sec to my rest.
One thing Ive noticed since monday is that I seem to be hungry all the time. Maybe this is from my metabolism being kicked up a few notches, but I do notice I am starving if I wait more than three hours to eat something. Other than that, Im not noticing any other side effects from the supplement.

**3 different grips.no rest...start with lower grip, complete reps, switch to middle grip complete reps, then upper grip complete reps=1 set

Pretty decent workout today. Went to sleep kinda late so even after the dose of FRYE, which helped out a lot, I still felt a lil tired. Im gonna blame that on my fiancé… for keeping me up kinda late, although Im not gonna really complain! Strength levels where pretty good. I did feel a little lightheaded, but Im gonna contribute that to me being tired and not really drinking my water like I should have yesterday. I made sure I was on it today though. Didn’t work abs this morning like I planned, but Im gonna do some tonite before I go to bed. I plan on doing around 90 bicycle twists (like 3 sets of 30) and 90 crunches (3 sets of 30) also Im gonna do a 15-20 minute full body stretch session. I usually stretch the muscle I worked during my rest periods, but Im gonna do a more focused full body stretch to help keep me injury free!

Its been a few days since my last post. With the holidays and all its been really crazy, but everything is settling down, so now I can get back to my review. I ve been keeping a written journal so Im just going to transfer everything from that to this. Also I’m gonna make this just a review for the supplements I’m on, and I’m gonna post my workouts separate from this. This review is gonna end when my bottles run out, but I’m gonna track my workouts all year.
Ive found the combo that works for me and I believe im going to get the best results for me. I was going to start with the FYRE, and then use the SPYCE. I was taking FYRE two tabs, twice a day, but I noticed with my second dose, I was having trouble sleeping at night. I was taking two pills at 5 am before I went to the gym and two about 1230 pm before lunch. I would have one cup of coffee about 9-10 am, usually I may have more, but I wanted to see how I would handle the coffee with the caffeine that’s in the FYRE. I wouldn’t get to sleep until after midnight. I wouldn’t even feel tired until 1 am, and getting up at 5 in the morning is hard with 3½-4 hours of sleep! This was the first week I started on the supplement. So I started to take SPYCE in the afternoon, and Ive been back on schedule since. I started taking the SPYCE on Monday 1-1-07, and I felt it working about 30 min later. It really does curb your appetite. I was noticing with the FYRE that I was hungry all the time. I guess that’s a good thing because it is supposed to boast your metabolism. I just felt like I needed to eat all the time, but the SPYCE kinda evens it out. The SPYCE really helps out with my cravings I usually get in the evening. That’s when I usually cheat. What I really like is Im never hungry now. I try to get something to eat every 3 hours. I have noticed my portions getting smaller, and I was worried I was gonna start losing a little muscle, because I wasn’t eating as much as I usually do. I added a meal replacement drink to kinda level it out calorie wise. I still notice the scale going up (as of 1-4-07 I weighed 190!)but now Im more than sure that its pure muscle, I can literally see the fat coming off. I took some before pics back in December, and Im not taking anymore until my supply runs out, but Im sure everyone will be surprised with my results. Already I can see a tremendous difference, and Im just on my 3rd week!

I bet I’m probably the worst at keeping a log on this site. Truth is, I have so much going on that I just cant find time to get online like I used to. I still find the time to train though. And I’m still taking my Fyre/Spyce combo! Now, just to let you guys at Syntrax know….you guys are getting me in trouble at home! My finace told me I needed to stop taking all those pills, cuz I was getting skinny! I told her not skinny, but cut. She was like whatever, you’re getting small. She even hid them from me! She gave them back though. She likes the handles I guess! Well I gotta say you guys have something in this combo. I’m pretty sure you could get excellent results even if you took them one at a time, but what I’m seeing, from them combined is nothing short of amazing. I am so happy with my look now. I’m noticing a tremendous amount of definition in my upper body. My back has some very nice detail to it. I am so happy about this supplement. I am also starting to get a lot of compliments on my leaning out. People are really noticeing a change in my physique, and you know that’s always cool!
After a few weeks I can honestly say that I have not had any adverse side effects. This stuff is incredible! I cant express enough how much I like it. If it wasn’t for the “heat” you feel when you take the FRYE, you wouldn’t even know you took anything. Im surprised that this stuff is not available in stores. I can’t believe you guys haven’t pushed this thing in the market place. Or if it is, Im having a helluva time finding it! When people ask me what Im taking, I start to sound like a damn commercial talking about this stuff. And I do push it. I would endorse this stuff if I was a famous athlete/celebrity or something to that effect. I’m still not ready to put up new pics, but when I do, a lot of people will really see what this supplement can do for them. And this is coming from a everyday joe.

i might have missed it, but what did you decide on being optimal as far as timing goes? like when do you take the fyre and when do you take the spyce for the optimal results?

when I started I was just taking the FRYE twice a day...I noticed, maybe from the caffiene in the supp and my couple cups of coffee, I had a hard time falling to sleep at night.....so now I take the FYRE when I wake up at 5 am..and the SPYCE about 1, 1:30 in the afternoon....that stack there works best for me....and it hasnt stopped working yet!

are you just taking 1 pill each tme? im sure ill have a somewhat different experience than you when i start my cut and this stack, itd just be nice to have some guidelines to start with.
i cant wait to see your pics and final thoughts!

I am intrested as well how many Fyre and Spyce are you taking if it is just one and it is working that well for you then that is great.
