Is this too many carbs for my bulk?

I am 5'6 120 lbs and just started bulking about a week ago...

    My Daily goals are

    2,617 Calories
    260 - 450 G Carbs
    140 G Protein
    60 G Fats

I usually end up around 350-400 G of carbs each day, I was jw if this is too much carbs? I dont want any unneccessary fat...

If it were me, I would switch your numbers on carbs and protein. I currently take in over 2gm/lb of body weight in protein and keep my carbs relatively low.

I have never liked the high carb diets because I would just get fat on them.

This is just what works for me.

You should keep the carbs where they are and add at least 70 grams to the protein.
If you always talk about how you could be in great shape if you just worked out and ate right, why don't you just work out and eat right?

I would probably increase my calories and protein. Its going to be tough to eat like that only being 120lbs so try and work up to it. Plus try to take in good carb and healthy fats. Good luck!

I do the same. Get to around 2 gm protein per lb and keep carbs low. Then you can just keep upping carbs if you stop gaining. This helps keep me lean until the final weeks of bulking.
I don't reply to PM's for sources. Read it again. I don't reply to PM's for sources. But I will forward it to a Mod.
