I hit 205 today
I havent done deadlifts in like months since august and today I did 205.I am happy with myself.I am going to upload it to youtube.

its alright but you need to bend your knees more and look straight ahead. Dont curve your back keep it like this \

yea your form is bad. I am not familiar with the romanian deads but for normal deads u need to use for legs. Bend your knees more and look straight forward. Try to keep you back as straight as possible liek your squating

I would say start at a lower position, push your ass and hips out and LOOK UP!!!! Do not **** your back up at your age! I'm gonna try and do 310x5 today  did 300x5 last week

Once a week is efficient, with like 4 sets. Start off with lower weight, trust me its gonna help long term on your form. I would say not to do ANY 1RM at your age as i would never do them at all and im 15, as there is a big risk factor of injuring yourself.
