Breakfast or NO-Xplode?
For NO-Xplode to be most effective, you're supposed to take it on an empty stomach. So if I'm working out (just lifting, no cardio) first thing in the morning, would you say I'm better off to eat a solid breakfast of, say, oats and egg whites or take a couple scoops of NO-Xplode?
Either way, I'd follow up with a whey, soy milk, and fruit smoothie immediately PWO.

I wake up and lift as well. When i was taking the NO Xplode that would be all I had. I stopped taking it because i didnt know if it was a good idea or if i would make any gains that early without eating something. Im thinking of going back on it so i would like to know too

I find if I take it within 1.5 - 2 hour of eating, I usually don't feel anything. But when I take it on an empty stomach, I definitely feel the energy boosting effects and I can often lift heavy and/or do more reps. I'm wondering if this extra work is pointless though without any nutrition in my system to support the gains. Or is it ok to lift heavier on a 12-hour fasted system as long as I eat a PWO meal/shake right away?
I'm going to experiment a little bit myself and I'll post my thoughts, but if anyone else has played around or has an answer that would be much appreciated!

I was taking it for awhile. I got up and got the kids to school and went to the gym. Take it with plenty of water. I felt it within minutes but after being on it for a few months it stopped working as well. My husband cycles on and off.

So glad you posted this question, b/c I've been tampering with the issue this week in fact!! My problem is that i have to eat something before i workout in the morning (not that early tho, usually around 8 or 9am) because i do both my cardio and lifting together...so there is no way i could do all that on NO-explode alone. So i always have van protein and oats about an hour before i workout in the morning...and today i had the NO right before i started my cardio...and that did not sit well, i felt really nausous! Last week i would eat 1 hr before...do cardio (30-40min)...then take the NO right away after the cardio and minutes before i start lifting. I think because your blood is pumping really fast and your blood vessels are dialated the NO hits you faster! Anyways...i like this option better than the first so far. Next week i will try spliting the cardio and lifting and try the NO on an empty stomach...we'll see!!

So the other day I woke up about 10 (god I love being on vacation!), took 2 scoops of NO-Xplode and hit the gym. I trained chest and had an amazing workout! PBs on both the barbell benchpress and dumbell benchpress. The only problem is that was tuesday and my pecs and front delts are STILL killing me! I need to train shoulders today and I'm pretty sure the tightness in my chest is going to interfere.
Wednesday I did the same thing and trained arms but had a really crappy workout. I had no energy! I couldn't seem to get a good pump going in the biceps but my forearms were engorged and BURNING!
Yesterday I had breakfast at 8, NO-Xplode between 10:30 and 11, then hit the gym around 11:30. I trained legs and had a reasonably good day. PB on the barbell squat. I think I might have had a good day regardless of whether I'd taken the NO though.
I'm still not convinced that this stuff works or is worth the $$...

The problem with No-Xplode is that eating it with solid food interferes with the rate of absorption and you don't get that kick ass buzz before you lift. But you definitely need to consume something or your workouts won't be as effective and you won't reach your full muscle building potential, especially after not eating all night while sleeping. This same thing happened to me and I started drinking the NO Xplode 15-20 min before my morning workout, and waited until I could feel the effects before consuming a whey protein shake. I'd usually just drink it throughout my lifting session, and it didn't seem to affect the effectiveness of the NO Xplode.

Like someone else mentioned, to be effective NO Xplode has to be taken on an empty stomach. If this is not possible, then I recommend switching to SuperPump 250 – with SuperPump, you don’t need to take it on an empty stomach. In fact, when I did take it, I had to eat something prior because it upset my stomach.
