sorry if this is asked a lot, looked in the first few pages and could find nothing, but what kind of side effects are there with them?
ive just started weight lifting and do an all bod work out, my trainer suggest to drop my bf % before hitting the weights hard, so im assuming using a fat loss supplement would help, right?
Firstly a supp will not help you at all if you dont have your diet in order and you cardio plan in order. After you do that then you could consider adding a supp.
Supps for fat loss (E/C/A specifically) have many side effects.....you could get jittery, neausated, withdrawls (if you dont taper off at end of cycle)..the list goes on. Run a search on somthing like Xendrine, Hydroxycut, Ripped Fuel or Stacker 2, you should be able to find some more there.
