The goal of bodybuilding is not to be in competition with others, rather, to be in competition with oneself. We are all dealt a different set of circumstances and the true test of a champion is making the most of the situation you are faced with.

God damnit, if your in the teen section your most likely a teen. Believe it or not, us teens have fairly large egos ok. I know I'll be regretting this in a few years when I really get serious about the sport and attempt to compete, but teens like to see how their progrees is going compared to their peers or people with equal weight ,height and training experience. Is it really that unbelieveable that a 135 teen, with raging hormones and most likeley incredible recuperation time, can max at 200+? Its true that some of these guys are going by what they max with bad form or maybe a machine, I know some of my friends do, but a lot of them are not bsing everyone. I'm and ectomorph, and when I was 15, after my first 3 months of training I was maxing at 165...big deal right. But just a little over a year later I'm at 180x7(I haven't maxed since september) Am I posteing this to feel big and bad aobut myself...not really, I don't know any of you and probably never will so I don't care what you think of my bench, I only post it to compare with others. Every day theres a new post that ends up having half the members calling all teens liars. If they do its their problem, but no one ever said you had to believe them and reply to the thread anyways.
