I Don't blame you. I'm on fat loss program myself and I had a whole pint of Haagan-Daaz's (not sure if I spelled it right) Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream last Friday night. ;-D~

When I eat Ice Cream I go all the way. 4-5 scoops, put on 2 M&M cookies, topped with hot chocolate fudge and chocolate sprinkles!

my cousin works at the coldstone place in KC, but i never have had a chance to go there, and the japanese don't make ice cream over here like in the states...
i feel sad...

there's some stuff that's pretty crazy over here, though.
they have a kind of chilled sweet bean paste that's almost, but not quite, entirely unlike ice cream.
they have alot of frozen tofu and rice flour stuff. it's super light, so i could eat a ton of it.
i tell ya, there's nothing like squid jerky on a stick.
and yes... they do have packaged seaweed chips over here.
