Protein ice cream... YUMMY!
I bought this thing last saturday and used it everyday since. It's fricken awesome! all I do is put my protein shake in, and it makes a pint of ice cream!

The only bitch is, it's extra clean up, but it's well worth it.

Neat. You just put in any protein shake you want and it makes it thick enough to be "ice cream"? I might have to try that.

What ingredients do you have to use? I'm just wondering because there's no point in making healthy "protein" ice cream if its got 500 k/cal, 40g saturated fat and 50g carbs...

Yeah, what did you use? I am imagining having PB and chocolate ice cream again. That would be wonderful!

I was very sceptical at fist, but I thought to myself, what the hell if it doesn't work I'll have an ice cream maker for my kid.
After the 3rd try, I perfected how to use it. I blended my desired incredients.
8oz soy milk (100 cals)
1 1/2 scoops Whey (165 cals)
5 strawberries (20 cals)
1/2 banana (60 cals)
Cals - 345
Potein - 43 grams
Carbs - 25 grams
Fat - 5 grams (2.5 unsaturated from the soy milk)
Blend! Then I just simply pour it into the ice cream maker. It churns it till it comes out into an ice cream form (about 20 minutes). You then need to let it sit for about another 30 minutes to thaw because the bowl it churns in is so cold, 1/3 of the contents stick to the sides.
and it taste just like ice cream! the whole time I'm eating it, it feels like I'm cheating but, I'm not!
best $50 I've spent in a long time. Considering the price of supps now a days.
I bought mine at bed bath and beyond.

Not at all dude. All it does is churn the liquid to an ice cream form. So whatever you put in it is what you get out of it.

1 cup cottage cheese,
2 tablespoons pasteurized egg whites, (keeps it from freeezing solid)
davinci/torani syrup, or nut butters, or sugar free jam any flavor you choose
casien or whey protein if desired,
mix all together in a bowl stick in the freezer, stir mixture every 10-15 mins for about an hour and it turns very close to ice cream.
