I agree with pokerhard, but if you really are considering some sort of fat burner, just take a look at chromium picolinate. I take it, probably even though I don't need it, but I feel as though it does a good job of converting fat into muscle and increasing my energy a little, but also like he said, nothing happens instantly, and it's really only a supplement. You're going to need to train hard and smart and stick with it before you see some real results. Hope that helps a little. Good luck.
