Question about Fat Oxidation, Blood Flow, and Body Heat
I have huge love handles. My love handles stick out much further than my belly does, and over the course of losing 65+lbs, they have shrunk the absolute slowest (and have actually only really begun shrinking recently).
I was standing in the bathroom taking a pee, when I realized. My love handles have a slight red/pink discoloration to them. So I press my finger on them and it leaves a "white spot" for a second or two. Furthermore, I realized something else, my love handles are cold to the touch, where as the rest of my body is warm/normal temperature.
Are the cold temperatures and slight discoloration a sign of poor blood flow to these areas? Would this cause the fat in these areas to not be burnt for fuel? If so, is there any way to increase blood flow there?
I really, really hate my love handles, and would love to know if there is a way to get my body to chop away at them faster. Thanks. (Even more so, I'm scared that my body is not chopping away at them as fast as it should be).
