Workout every two days or three days?

I train my chest, triceps shoulders and back on the same day and biceps and legs on alternate days. Is it better to train every second day say on Monday then thursday for chest group and tuesday then friday for bicep group and allow two days for recovery or train every secoin day in other words monday, wednesday, friday for chest and tuesday, thursday saturday for biceps. Is it better to train twice a week for each muscle group or three times a week in terms of how much rest you need before working the same bodypart again in order to build muscle mass fast?

twice a week per muscle group would be better, don't go 6 days with 1 rest. The other option is full body 3 times/week.
